AgeWell Physiotherapy is a registered ACC provider and an Easy-Claim provider for Southern Cross. You do not need a GP referral.

For ACC consults, ACC fund part of the physiotherapy treatment costs, there is a co-payment/surcharge for the client to pay for each treatment session.

For Southern Cross clients, your policy will be deducted from the private payment.

All Prices are GST inclusive.

*We are based in St Heliers, Auckland. Home visit rates quoted are for people who live within 10km’s. Appointment rates increase in price for those who live beyond 10km’s, we will advise you upon booking your appointment.

*A vehicle/transport charge will be implemented for all home visits. This will be charged at the Inland Revenue 2024 rate of 1.04c per kilometre. The distance will be calculated from our base in St Heliers to your home and return at the time of making your appointment.

Administration tasks can include ordering of equipment, reports or specific rehab plans at additional cost if required.
